Limited lifetime warranty

Nite International warrants each torch to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the torch. Nite International obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the torch in the event that failure is determined by Nite International, to be the result of a defect in materials or workmanship.
